## Ordering & Delivery

**How to order:** Online via website; prepay and choose pickup or delivery at checkout.

**Pickup:** In-store at Pasig City office (same 2-business-day lead time applies).

**Delivery coverage and fees:**
- Metro Manila: ₱400
- Cavite (Bacoor/Imus): ₱700 | (Dasmariñas/Gen. Trias/Trece): ₱950 | (Silang/Tagaytay): ₱1,200 | (Alfonso): ₱1,400
- Laguna (San Pedro/Biñan/Sta. Rosa): ₱750 | (Calamba): ₱950 | (Los Baños): ₱1,150
- Bulacan (Malolos): ₱850

**Lead time:** Up to 2 business days for both pickup and delivery.

**Returns:** 30-day window for unused items; customer pays return shipping.

**Year-end note:** Online store may close from December 23 onward due to inventory limitations.
